The short version
HaulCall runs the fulfillment side of your Whatnot shows. You pay $30 a month after a 7 day free trial, you can cancel whenever you want, and your data stays yours. We are a small operation, not a shipping carrier, and not connected to Whatnot. The rest of this page says all of that precisely.
Who you are agreeing with
HaulCall is operated by Qavren Solutions. Using the web app, the Chrome extension, the mobile app, or the print agent means you accept these terms. If you use HaulCall for a business, you accept them on that business's behalf.
Your account
Keep your login credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. One subscription covers one seller operation, so if you run shows for a second storefront that needs its own data, it needs its own account. You must be old enough to sell on Whatnot to use HaulCall.
Trial, price, and billing
Your account starts with a 7 day free trial that begins the first time you sign in. No card is required to start it. After that, HaulCall costs $30 per month and renews monthly until you cancel.
Stripe handles payment. HaulCall never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
When a trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription lapses, HaulCall stops capturing sales and printing labels. You keep access to your billing page so you can subscribe, and your existing data stays in your account.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your billing settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then capture and printing stop. We do not prorate partial months. If something went wrong and a charge looks unfair, email us and we will sort it out.
What HaulCall is not
HaulCall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot Inc. We name Whatnot to describe what HaulCall works with. You are responsible for following Whatnot's own rules and terms while you use HaulCall alongside it.
HaulCall does not buy postage, ship anything, or act as a carrier. The postage tools match shipping labels you already bought to the orders they belong to, so the numbers you see are a record of your own purchases.
Dispute packets organize the evidence you captured into one page. They are a record keeping tool, not legal advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome with a buyer, a marketplace, or a payment provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use HaulCall to break the law or to violate Whatnot's terms. Do not share one account across separate sellers, resell access, attack or overload the API, or try to reach data that belongs to another account.
The software that runs on your machine
The Chrome extension runs only on whatnot.com pages and captures your own show activity. The print agent runs on your computer, listens only on 127.0.0.1, and requires the pairing code shown in its tray menu before it accepts a print job, so nothing off your machine can drive your printer. The agent checks for signed updates and installs them. You can uninstall either one whenever you want.
Your data
Your shows, sales, bundles, and buyer roster belong to you. We process them to run the service and for nothing else. Buyer notes and order references are purged after 60 days, shipping label files after 60 days, and crash diagnostics after 90 days. Email [email protected] to export or delete your account and its data. The privacy policy covers this in more detail.
Availability
We aim to keep HaulCall running through your shows and we deploy fixes quickly, but we do not offer a uptime guarantee or a service credit at this price. HaulCall is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own records of your sales.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Qavren Solutions is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes get posted here with a new date, and we will email you if they affect what you pay. Using HaulCall after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
