I can't log in

Use your username and password — there's no Google button right now. If you get a “Server error” page right after signing in, your browser is holding stale cookies: clear cookies for haulcall.app (or use a private window) and try again. Forgotten password? Use “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in screen, or email us.

The Chrome extension

The extension captures sales only while a Whatnot tab is open and you're signed in to HaulCall (click the toolbar icon to sign in). Captured sales queue on your machine and deliver automatically — a network drop mid-show loses nothing. If a show's sales seem missing, leave Chrome open a minute and refresh your Shows page; still missing, email us with the show time.

My screens are empty

Shows, Analytics, Bundles, and Buyers fill up from captured shows. If you haven't run a show with the extension active yet, empty is expected — nothing is broken.

Billing

HaulCall is $30/month after a 7-day free trial (no card needed to start). Subscribe or manage your plan under Billing in the portal — payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number. Billing questions or refunds: email us.
