The terms, in plain language
Written to match what the software enforces, so nothing here surprises you on day eight.
What the 7-day trial includes
Every feature, from your first login. HaulCall starts the 7-day clock when you create the account and asks for no card to do it. Nothing is held back for a paid tier, because there is only one tier.
When you actually pay
Only when you subscribe, which is a deliberate step you take in Settings, Billing. Stripe runs the checkout and stores the card. HaulCall never sees the number. The charge is $30 per month, recurring, in US dollars.
What happens when the trial ends unpaid
Four things stop: capturing new sales, rendering labels, VIP insert cards, and postage matching. Everything you already have stays readable. Your shows, bundles, buyers, sales history, and analytics keep loading, the pack station still scans, and dispute packets still build.
Cancelling, and failed payments
Cancel from Settings, Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. The account lands in the same state as a lapsed trial: reads open, paid write paths closed, and everything switches back on if you resubscribe. A failed charge does the same until the payment clears.
More detail on capture, the print agent, data retention, and disputes lives in the FAQ. Billing questions go to [email protected].
